There is a Box-level setting that controls sensitivity to motion across all streams connected to that Box.

1. Choose the **Motion Sensitivity** value in the Box settings at [https://camio.com/boxes](/content/boxes/index.html):

2. Press the **Save** button.

The **Medium** setting is recommended for cameras that otherwise produce false alerts in dark rooms. The night-time video encoding of some cameras may report a lot of false movement, since some encoders get confused by the all-black scene. This lower setting mitigates the problem by requiring that more of the reported movement be validated as visually significant.
